As such, when you accept a spot in the group you are committing to the full length of the program.
How many sessions are there in the program and how long are they?
The sessions are 90 minutes long and it is run each week for 10 weeks from 5:30pm-7pm on Monday evenings.
Is the program in person or online?
Currently the program is running online as we have found this can be easier for many clients to manage. If you are interested in in-person groups, please let us know as we are always considering this option for the future.
